Lamb Down Under in Miami

Like lamb? How about Australian lamb? If you’ve never tried it, here is your chance! On May 31st, 2014 from 7-9PM five Miami chefs will join their culinary talents to create their own specialty small dish utilizing Australian lamb on the beautiful rooftop of the Four Seasons Hotel Miami.

Headed by Miami’s “Lambassador” Chef Aaron Brooks of EDGE Steak & Bar, the event will feature Chef Bradley Kilgore of J&G Grill, Chef Danny Grant of 1826 Restaurant and Lounge, Chef Jacob Anaya of OTC, and Chef Michael Reidt of Pilgrim.

The Australian wine will also be flowing courtesy of Yalumba and Jansz Tasmania as well as local craft beer by BREW FIU.

Tickets are only $55/person and include tax and tip, unlimited Australian lamb and wine, and beer. Reservations are required and can be made online at
