Jeff Michaud at MGFD with ‘Eating Italy’

On February 18th, James Beard -Award winning chef Jeffrey Michaud of the famed Vetri group restaurant Osteria in Philadelphia will descend upon Miami for a one-night cookbook dinner showcasing recipes from his most recent cookbook Eating Italy.  The dinner will take place at Michael’s Genuine Food and Drink at 7pm.

For $150, guests will receive a welcome cocktail, passed appetizers, a four course dinner, four poured wines served all night long, and a signed copy of Michaud’s latest cookbook! Tax and gratuity is also included in the price.

This is a dinner you don’t want to miss!

Cockle and egg bruschetta
Beef tartar with fried egg yolk and parmigiano
Fennel zeppole

FIRST
rabbit porchetta with peperonata

SECOND
robiola and shellbean francobolli
bucatini with pig head testina

THIRD
local fish al cartoccio with ligurian olives and oregano
veal on a stone with heirloom tomatoes

DESSERT
strawberry zuppa inglese with mascarpone cake
fried huckleberry ravioli with mascarpone crema
